Notice of Intended Marriage (Form 13)

The Notice of Intended Marriage must be lodged with your celebrant no earlier than 18 months before your intended marriage and no later than one month and one day prior to your marriage. We can complete the form at our first meeting. However, if you need or wish to complete it before then please use a black pen and block letters.
